These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and conditions for using our Telegram-based cryptocurrency trading platform and related services, including the website at luigibot.ai (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By utilizing our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
To use the Services, you affirm and guarantee that:

You are not subject to international sanctions or restrictions by authorities like the United Nations or the European Union.
You will not utilize methods such as VPNs or proxies to bypass regional restrictions.

Access or use the Services if you are a prohibited individual or entity.
Provide access to the Services to restricted individuals.
Attempt to alter, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Services in any unlawful manner.
4. Wallet Creation and Security
4.1 Wallet Setup
Users will generate a Solana (SOL) wallet through the Services. This wallet is secured by a private key, which serves as your access credential (“Wallet”). You are solely responsible for managing and safeguarding your private key.
4.2 Security of Private Key
Your private key acts as your sole access point to the Wallet and Services. LuigiBot does not store or have access to your private key. If you lose your private key, you will lose access to your Wallet and any associated assets. LuigiBot is not liable for such losses.
4.3 User Responsibility
It is your duty to securely store your private key and any backup phrases.
LuigiBot cannot recover your private key if it is lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised.
Any activities conducted through your Wallet are your responsibility.
4.4 Reporting Issues
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your Wallet, you must act promptly to secure your assets. LuigiBot cannot intervene in Wallet security matters.
5. Use of the Services
5.1 Interactions with Third-Party Services
Our Services allow integration with third-party platforms like decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and blockchain protocols (“Third-Party Services”). You acknowledge that:
LuigiBot does not own or control these Third-Party Services.
Transactions performed through Third-Party Services are final and cannot be undone.
LuigiBot is not responsible for any issues, losses, or disputes involving Third-Party Services.
5.2 Responsibilities of Users
You bear full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and legality of transactions conducted through the platform.
Transactions are irreversible and cannot be modified once executed.
5.3 Compliance with Policies
You agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of any Third-Party Services used in conjunction with LuigiBot.
6. Fees and Payments
6.1 Service Charges
Certain functionalities may involve fees (“Service Fees”), which will be displayed before any transaction is completed.
6.2 Additional Expenses
You acknowledge that other costs, such as blockchain gas fees, may apply when using the Services. Such fees are your sole responsibility.

We reserve the right to change fees at any time. Efforts will be made to notify users when changes occur.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, software, and content provided through the Services are owned by LuigiBot or its licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended under these Terms.

Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the platform.

9. Risks and Disclaimers

Using the Services involves risks, including but not limited to:
Volatility in digital asset values leading to financial loss.
Transactions that are final and irreversible.
9.2 Security Limitations
While we strive to maintain the integrity of our platform, LuigiBot cannot guarantee absolute security. You accept the inherent risks of online platforms, including potential data breaches or unauthorized access.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
LuigiBot is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the total fees you have paid us over the past 12 months.
We are not liable for issues arising from user errors or Third-Party Services.
11. Dispute Resolution

11.2 Arbitration Process
Unresolved disputes will be addressed through binding arbitration under ICC rules. Arbitration will take place in Gibraltar.

12. Termination and Suspension
12.1 Termination by Us

Terminate your Wallet access for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
12.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the termination or suspension of your access to the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
